Deliveries to Main city center should occur within 1-2 work days from the day the order is dispatched. Delivery for orders outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centers
(ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 2-3 (and sometimes up to 5) working days for delivery depending on location.

Any enquiries received will be answered during office hours and orders placed during the weekend will be attended to and shipped earliest Monday morning.
To ensure even faster delivery, please place your orders before 11 am so we can ship out your package the same day from our distribution center. Orders placed after 12 midday will only leave the following day.

If you would like to return your product, first please email us at
email@example.com with the subject return and your order number. Attach a photo. If we ask you to return the product based on the picture, also attach a note stating the reason for the return. The Pozie Team nominates our courier to assist you by collecting your parcel and exchanging any item if needed. Exchanges are subjected to a R60 collection fee. Please contact us first to guide you through this process. We promise you this process is hassle free and we take care of it for you from start to end.
a) We may inspect the product further and decide if you are eligible to receive a refund. If the product is our fault eg, wrong product shipped. We will collect your item and re-deliver free of charge. However if you want to change something, we can collect your item for a fee charged, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
b)Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
c) Criteria to qualify for a refund
- The product must be in their original condition & packaging if being returned.
- Contact the Pozie team within 7 days of any purchase query, if returning product, must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please make sure you adhere to this consumer law. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- International Return .If you are shipping from abroad an item over ZAR1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot always guarantee that we will receive your returned item from Abroad due to the custom process.
- We do not accept returns on beauty and personal care products , undergarments and earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or Flash sale items on promotion cannot be refunded. We can offer exchanges on sale items if we still have the item you are enquiring in stock. Usually this is our last stock being offered to go.
The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions:
- In order to purchase a Gift Certificate, you will need to register an account with us through our Website.
- Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
- We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate. Pozie gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced .We are not responsible if it has been lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Pozie gift vouchers cannot be resold to another party or exchanged with any third parties. You may not use a Gift Voucher to purchase another Gift Voucher on our website.
- Where Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift voucher.
- Pozie Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed online through our website with full or part payment through. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.www.pozie.co.za
(only on certain items of clothing or non personal care items eg a salt n pepper set in white can be exchanged if in stock for another colour.
You are allowed an exchange if its the same item eg a clothing item in another size or swopping for another colour.
Items of personal care like hoisery, boxer briefs, socks or beauty personal care cannot be exchanged.
We will designate our shipping courier to manage the exchange or refund(non sale item) quickly and efficiently. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
