Colle Del Tartufo truffle sauce goes well with pasta, creating a truly unique dish without much effort, or with other ingredients in other dishes: meat, vegetables, pizza, soups or salad.
Truffle sauce is a gourmet dish that will add luxury and exclusivity to even the most ordinary products. It is prepared from the most expensive mushrooms. They grow underground, at a depth of about 20 cm, and are shaped like potato tubers.

Meadow Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus – origin Eu), 40%, Truffle Juice (water, Tuber aestivum Vittad), sunflower oil, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related Group – origin EU) 5 %, modified starch, chopped Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad – origine EU) 3%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, vegetable fiber, natural flavor, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sal, parsley, pepper. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp.
